       With regard to Chapter 6 of my DSc thesis, I reported at the INNO-2012 Conference and published:

       Stefanov S. H. Development of a Model for the Variable Tensile Stress in Band-Saw Blade. Innovations in Forest Industry and Engineering Design, 2/2013, Vol. II, 113 - 122
       
       This is a statically indeterminate problem posed and solved for the tensile stress in the sections of a band-saw blade – something that has not been done in the research on band saws.
